This location is used for administrative purposes and by-appointment-only meetings.

A: We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Q: What is your payment policy?
A: A 25% deposit is required to reserve items, with the balance due 3 days before your event.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my order?
A: Cancellations 2 days or more before the event: Refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations within 2 days of the event: Non-refundable.

Q: What is included with the rental?
A: Rentals include the items listed in your invoice. Setup and breakdown services are available for an extra fee.

Q: What happens if rental items are damaged or not returned?
A: Additional fees will apply for damaged or unreturned items. In severe cases, law enforcement may be contacted.

A: Setup and takedown are available for an additional fee but not included in standard rentals.
